This Banking team is currently experiencing expansion and work on behalf of a wide range of clients across numerous sectors including healthcare, social housing, property development, local authority and education.Within this Banking Solicitor role, you will be working on: Offer comprehensive legal advice and assistance on a wide range of banking and finance matters, including corporate lending, project finance, asset-based lending, syndicated loans, and refinancing transactions.Conduct thorough legal research, prepare legal documents, and negotiate agreements and contracts.Collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to develop and execute effective legal strategies that align with business objectives.
