As a consultancy, we are focused on genuinely upgrading the way construction projects are delivered. We then take the deep understanding of the projects we work on to develop construction management software products that anyone can use to deliver their projects better. Team Our Growth team is made up of our sales & marketing teams. Together, we tell our story to the world and build relationships with people who want to make construction projects more efficient. Your top 5 responsibilities Customer Retention and Growth: focus on retaining existing customers through exceptional service and understanding their evolving needs. Create opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the existing client base to increase revenue Integrate with the product team: Gather customer feedback to help the product team prioritise feature requests that customers need to enhance their outcomes Build and develop your team: Lead, grow and develop our sales team, ensuring we stay focused, maintaining exceptional quality and having a lot of fun along the way. Maximise the development of your team personally and professionally Establish scalable sales processes and systems: We like to document and design how we do things so that we can continuously improve. We are growing rapidly, and we need robustness in how we do things that keep pace with our expansion Keep us on the cutting edge: Stay up to date with the latest industry news and sales tools and techniques to ensure we are staying ahead of the rest of the industry  Your Capabilities You are a proven sales expert who knows how switch between being a project manager, leader, communicator, and doer to keep things moving in the right direction. As an applicant, you should have Proven SaaS sales expertise: An excellent, rounded knowledge and understanding of all sales disciplines and techniques with deep knowledge in some areas and strong conceptual knowledge in the rest. Experience in SaaS is a must. Masterful Communication: A confident and clear communicator, able to work with subject matter experts to extract information related to complex subjects and convey these to a wide audience in a simple, easy to understand way It would also be great if you are/have A construction background: deeply understanding the problems we solve from firsthand experience is highly valued.
