The restaurant servesmodern British food, a seasonal set menu, it also has a couple of rooms forguests.The role:· Hire and retain front of house staff.· Build team rotas and manage daily service.· Lead by example and develop the front of house team.· Maintain stock levels and orders.· Manage budgets and monitor gross profits.· Ensure all company rules and regulations are followed.· Proactively seek out improvements.· Create an amazing guest experience.What our client is looking for:· Experience working in or managing restaurants · Strong managerial skills and track record of building highperforming teams.· Ambition and drive to be the best.· A passion and knowledge of wine.You will be working evenings and weekends.
