Responsibilities:Assist the Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the garage and MOT centre.Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and effectively.Ensure smooth workflow within the workshop, coordinating tasks and managing resources efficiently.Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.Assist in staff management, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.Handle administrative tasks such as inventory management, invoicing, and reporting. Requirements:Previous experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.Strong technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office and automotive management software.A valid driving license and MOT testing certification would be advantageous.
