Utilise your expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and person-centred treatment. Any additional responsibilities as directed by the assigned hospital or clinic. Community Psychiatric Nursing Requirements: Possess take-charge skills, demonstrating leadership qualities and the ability to initiate action when necessary. Hold a valid Bild certification in PMVA (Preventing and Managing Violence and Aggression) and Breakaway training. Registered as a Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC Pin. Right to work in the UK. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish effective relationships with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
