PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE A QUALIFIED SOCIAL WORKER, REGISTERED WITH SOCIAL WORK ENGLAND About the teamCompleting assessments and reviews within the CHC framework is a key aspect of the day to day responsibilities this team deals with. Attendance to dispute resolution meetings and presenting cases to panel is also involved when necessary. This team works with a number of other sector professionals to ensure positive outcomes are met as efficiently as possible. About youIt is imperative to have a degree within Social Work Degree/DipSW/CQSW with a minimum of three years experience within adult’s Social Work in order to be considered for this role. Experience within a hospital, reviews or community based environment is all experience that lends well to this position.
