We are looking for a Social Worker to join a Hospital Team in West SussexWe are looking for a Social Worker to join a Hospital Team in West SussexPLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE A QUALIFIED SOCIAL WORKER, REGISTERED WITH SOCIAL WORK ENGLAND About the teamThe team works in the hospital to be able to easily access the wards to complete face to face visits however, there is also a responsibility to work with service users who have recently been discharge to make sure the right care is continued for them also. There is also a responsibility to work in the MDT service that deals with A&E and the emergency floor. The ability to recognise limits of your own accountability and responsibility is key to this role to ensure you get the most out of what support management can offer you.About youA degree within Social Work Degree/DipSW/CQSW with a minimum of two years experience is essential in order to be considered for this position. Experience within a hospital team or fast paced assessment setting lends very well to the requirements of this role.
