Senior or Mid-level candidate , skilled/exp - support PMs, have end user exp, can conduct training session, write good content on technology, suggest engagement plan for end users, improve user experience, drive the change exp. Tech savvy person, passionate about technology and know-how tools works like Teams, Webex, O365 etc or curious to figure out himself/herself. Good in delivering training, post training sessions. Good to talk about things they learnt, good writing skills to write docs about tech for end users to understand, express clearly, open minded, engage with AI sessions. Financial service background is preferred
