We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Rotherham to assist with the appointment of an Admissions Officer , on a 3-month contract , highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay : £13.54 - £16.94 per hour Responsibilities: Provide technical advice, guidance and support to a service and its customers Assist with business process re-engineering, process mapping and application of change management techniques Support the planning of projects and programmes, producing appropriate material to help keep track of progress and identify the need for remedial action at the earliest opportunity Provide help and assistance to staff in the use of IT packages/systems Ensure that the section complies with administrative procedures relating to Council Policies, Standing Orders, and Financial Regulations by providing advice and/or administrative support Qualifications: NQF Level 3 qualification e.g. AS and A levels, NVQs Level 3, Applied A Levels, BTEC First Certificates and Diplomas, City and Guilds Advanced Craft Part 3, or NQF Level 4 Certificates of Higher EducationOr Evidence of the equivalent level of knowledge gained through work experience Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
