Responsibilities Understand and respond to user queries in a timely, accurate and helpful manner. Ability to understand the technical details and features of a modern data platform and use this knowledge to solve user problems. Understanding of Data professions, and ability to navigate organisational design to identify the most relevant teams for difficult user queries. Data Management & Data Governance. Document and share solutions and best practices to address common user issues. Identify themes and patterns in incoming requests and work with technical teams to design solutions to improve functionality for users and reduce the volume of requests.
