£17.12 basic £34.24 Sundays 6am to 2pm Mon to Fri I have been asked by a very well known and successful steel company to find Skilled PlatersThis is an exciting time to join a rapidly expanding young bridge building company.Most of the work is heavy steel bridge fabrications so experience working on this type of work is desirable but not essential.As a plater you must be comfortable working on your own or part of a team.As a Plater the ability to read engineering drawings essential.Work to tight tolerances.Good with all hand tools.As a plater you must be able to mig weld jobs/tacking up ready for the welder.As a plater you must have a good eye for detail and be neat in your work.Overtime is paid at premium rates and double time Sundays. Pension Plus other benefits Excellent working conditions.
