In this Customer Business Manager role, you will be accountable for leading our Kimberly-Clark Personal Care business across some of the most strategically important customers within the UK&I. What will you be accountable for? Reporting into the UK&I Country Leader, Enterprise Markets, you will have full accountability for achieving sales growth, share and profitability for a customer portfolio mix we can align to your career ambitions and experience levels. You will be responsible for building consumer-led joint business plans that facilitate sustainable growth, for both the consumer and Kimberly-Clark. Through collaboration with your cross-functional team, you will be developing activation plans to help unlock the category opportunities you have agreed with your customer. You will use data to understand, interpret and own customer/channel performance, taking a proactive approach in quickly resolving any potential challenges to achieving objectives. Outstanding individuals who are highly motivated and possess the following: Skills: * Strong customer focus, with ability to develop consumer-led joint strategies * Proven experience of successfully forging and maintaining business relationships * Able to present recommendations in an influential manner * Excellent networking and stakeholder management skills * Strong commercial acumen - highly numerate, with strong analytical skills * Solid communication, presentation and negotiation skills * Outstanding interpersonal and collaboration skills * Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively * Experience of sales forecasting and profit modelling for your own business and the retailer Knowledge: * Education to degree level preferred * Recent experience of working within FMCG * Front line customer management experience * Relevant experience of using category and retailer data sources * Proven track record of developing sustainable JBPs and delivering business results What you can expect from us… We offer competitive pay and benefits to employees and reward excellence and performance.
