Description:

We are looking for a motivated individual to work within our UPS Team at a commercial vehicle depot in Southampton (SO15 0LW). Monday to Friday 17:00 - 22:00pm 25 hours a week £13 per hour Responsibilities: Responsible for the safe movement of large vehicles around the depots. Ensuring the cleaning team hit wash targets. Request materials for the site. Carry out washing/valet cleaning as and when required. Maneuvering vehicles into wash areas, correct loading bays and parked ready for next operating service as per the UPS line up sheet. Supervise the cleaning by checking and maintaining high standards in the washing/cleaning of both exteriors and interiors of commercial vehicles. Operate vehicle safely, ensuring driver actions do not endanger self or other road users. What are we looking for? Valid UK Clean Manual Driving Licence (can drive 3.5t vehicles). Experience with vehicle washing/shunting. Experience in a supervisor role. IT literate (use of tablet, smart phone apps). Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English).
