Waste OperativeLocation: Battersea Power StationHours: 5 days per week. 40 hours. The Role · Being punctual· Ensuring bins are emptied in a timely manner· Maintaining cleanliness for assigned areas· Working alongside colleagues in a professional manner· Dealing with reactive requests.· Assist the management team to drive improvements with recycling rates· Using compactors and assisted equipment to help complete your tasks.· Communicate any issues on site promptly Expected working style · Contribute actively to maintaining a good team spirit.· Ability to look for solutions, not problems· Team player· Polite and respectful· Experience in manual labour, waste management or cleaning preferred but not essentialSalary is £13.15 phPowered by JazzHR
