Minimum 2 years of Sous chef experience at a busy venue in a hands-on role, running the kitchen but also supporting a section for very busy services. Good people management essential This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a professional and generous company. The ideal candidate will have Rosette or Michelin-style experience, have a calm head and be strong in all sections of the kitchen. You must be able to demonstrate your passion for British seasonal produce.
