Press Brake SupervisorOption to work a 4 or 5 Day week £16-17.64 p/h7.45 – 6 Monday – Thursday or8 – 5 Monday – Thursday and 8 – 1 Friday My Client who is a leading manufacturer within their field is seeking an experienced CNC Press Brake Supervisor to join their team.This role would suit an experienced supervisor or an experienced Press Brake Setter/Operator looking to progress their career to the next level. CNC Press Brake Supervisor Requirements:- Previous experience operating press brake machines in a manufacturing or metal fabrication setting. Amada preferred.- Ideally you will have previous experience as a supervisor or will be looking for the next step up in your career- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings- Proficient with Microsoft office packages - Strong knowledge of different types of metal materials and their bending characteristics - Ability to accurately measure and use various measuring tools calipers, micrometers, etc. - Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues CNC Press Brake Supervisor Duties:- Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, fold, or shape metal sheets according to specifications - Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders to determine the correct machine settings and tooling requirements - Select and install appropriate dies, punches, and other tooling components - Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy of the finished product - Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to achieve desired results - Inspect finished parts for defects or imperfections - Perform routine maintenance on press brake machinesKeywords:Press brake Supervisor, Pressbrake Supervisor, Foreman, Workshop Supervisor, Amada, Salvagnini, CNC Press Brake Please contact Clare Butler at Winsearch UK for further information.Clare Butler – XXXX@winsearch.uk Winsearch acts as an employment agency for permanent staff.
