This renowned venue is recognised for its relaxed yet refined dining experience , serving fresh, locally sourced seafood . The restaurant proudly holds a 2 AA Rosette for its commitment to quality and culinary excellence .The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-calibre restaurant , particularly working with seafood , and will possess strong leadership skills to support the head chef. While previous rosette-level experience is highly desirable, those with a drive to work with fresh, seasonal ingredients and deliver exceptional flavours will thrive here. Skills and Experience Needed: You should have a strong background in working with a variety of fresh seafood dishes , ensuring that the ingredients are handled with care and prepared to the highest standard . Ideally, you will have worked in a 2 AA Rosette or similarly high-quality restaurant , demonstrating your ability to deliver exceptional food . You will need to support and mentor junior chefs, contributing to a collaborative and well-organised kitchen. Your creativity will shine through as you help develop daily specials and seasonal menus , showcasing local produce in innovative ways. Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, safety, and organisation is crucial to ensure a smooth-running kitchen . You'll also need to be adaptable , thriving in a fast-paced environment , and passionate about working with fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients . Salary, Benefits, and Opportunities: This role offers a competitive salary , reflective of the high standards expected in a 2 AA Rosette restaurant . Accommodation for a single person is available, helping to ease the relocation process. Sponsorship is available for the right candidate, though preference will be given to those already based in the UK . Salary in the regions of £33,000-£35,000 .
