The Role Our client is looking for someone who is more than just an SEO expert they want a creative visionary who can think outside the box . You will drive their content strategy and online presence, creating engaging, unique content that resonates with their audience and speaks to the brand's personality.You'll lead content creation, SEO optimization, and help design their marketing strategy while working closely with the team to bring innovative ideas to life . If you're passionate about creating, designing, and executing campaigns that blend creativity with commercial impact, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities SEO Strategy & Implementation : Develop and execute strategies to improve online visibility and rankings. Creative Content Production : Lead the creation of compelling, trend-driven content across the website, blog, and social media platforms, focusing on B2C. Event & Campaign Planning : Collaborate on and organize creative content production events (e.g., photo/video shoots), working with models and influencers to drive brand awareness. Graphic Design : Create visually engaging content using Canva or Adobe to maintain consistency across all platforms. Email Marketing : Manage and optimize email campaigns to engage customers and drive conversions. Social Media Content : Drive and execute social media strategies, including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other trending platforms. E-Commerce Growth : Assist in developing strategies to enhance the online store and drive sales growth. Requirements: SEO: 2 years (preferred) Graphic design: 2 years (preferred) Content Production: 3 years (required) A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is desired but not essential, acknowledging the value of practical experience alongside formal education. Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in the beauty or consumer goods industry. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. It will be desirable if the candidate has experience in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Demonstrated experience in successful e-commerce growth initiatives. Good communication and teamwork skills About You: Creativity is Key : Our client wants someone who can dream up bold ideas and bring them to life from transforming mundane content into visually striking campaigns to using social media to create viral moments. Content Enthusiast : You live and breathe content creation, from photos and videos to blog posts and graphics, and you can effectively manage and communicate ideas with videographers and design teams. Digital Know-How : 1+ years of experience in marketing, content production, and SEO. Design Savvy : Skilled in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite with an eye for visual storytelling. Social Media Guru : Experience with TikTok and Instagram Reels, generating engaging content for B2C audiences.
