The VP Channel primary responsibility is to lead the EMEA regional team in increasing overall pipeline and bookings generated through partners. As our new VP Channel, you have strong experience in managing channel programs and driving revenue through partners such as resellers, VARs (Value Added Resellers), MSPs (Managed Service Providers), OEMs, system integrators, and distributors. You are responsible for the leadership, coaching, and training of our EMEA Channel Managers. As our new VP Channel, you must also ensure that your team are meeting their sales goals for both partner recruitment, partner management, lead generation and partner influenced bookings. This is a REMOTE opportunity and will include between 25-50% travel. You will have competitive salary and unlimited earnings, including accelerators and Presidents Club for over achievement of sales goals. Our VP Channel EMEA will focus on: * Channel Strategy Development * Strategic recruitment and enablement of new Partners across EMEA * Partner Program Development * Partner Engagement and Performance Management * Cross-Function collaboration * Leadership and Team building To be successful in this role you will require: * +10 years of indirect channel sales experience * +10 years of selling software products and services in the SME ERP space * + 7 years of managing direct reports * Demonstrated ability to work with cross departmental teams and effectively manage projects that involve all levels of sales, product, and marketing management, finance and legal * Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills * Leadership, management and ability to be self-sufficient Who is TrueCommerce?
