You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers The latest flagship nursing home in historic Holt is the embodiment of elegance and luxury living, combining superb facilities. We are proud to offer residential, dementia, respite and nursing care in a beautiful and well-designed setting To be considered for this position you must have an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent As a Support Worker your key duties include: Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well-being and providing the highest quality of care to residentsAssist with daily tasks, inclusive of all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene, through to days out and companionshipEncourage independence, well-being and supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activitiesEnsure accurate record keeping at all times The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for this position: Have a genuine desire to care for othersA good team playerGood verbal and written communication skillsAble to show a can-do attitude always The successful Support Worker will receive an excellent salary up to £13.00 per hour and the annual salary is £24,336 per annum. We currently have permanent vacancies for both days and shifts available.
