Senior Paid Media Executive We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Exec to join our growing digital team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of running PPC, Display and Paid Social Media campaigns for a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to manage and implement paid activities that exceed the business’ expectations and deliver remarkable results. You will have the drive and inclination to remain at the forefront of digital marketing, ensuring best practice marketing techniques are at the heart of everything we do. Implementation of the paid media strategy; working with a clear and defined set of KPIs for each project Creation of bespoke landing pages to aid the paid campaigns Delivery of projects on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads Ongoing management and optimisation of all paid campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads) Analysing campaign performance and adjusting accordingly Bespoke reporting Ensuring individual and business KPIs are met each month Supporting the Head of Performance Marketing to help drive the department forward What you’ll bring… The good stuff… At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering successful paid campaigns (hands-on experience across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Display, Paid Social) Proficiency in Google Analytics and advanced analytics Ability to analyse and improve results Commercial awareness to drive businesses forwards Fantastic communication skills to build and develop relationships with the wider business Excellent reporting skills with a proactive approach A willingness to learn, research and use initiative Ability to work to tight deadlines and deliver results Excellent time management skills Outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise Work as a team player whilst being able to work on set individual performance goals and KPIs Excellent written and verbal communication and literacy skills Proactive approach to workload and new ideas Who are BrandAlley?
