This isn't just another restaurant; split over 2 floors, the vibrant energy of a cosy pub meets incredible, world-class Chinese cuisine with a luxurious dining room upstairs . Think dim sum that blows your mind, epic Cantonese dishes , and a mix of British ales and Czech Pilsner that keep guests coming back for more.Originally founded by one of the world's leading chefs and restaurateurs , this place is all about combining tradition with a modern twist , creating an unforgettable dining experience that reflects the lively spirit of the area.If you're passionate about great food , love working in a fun, fast-paced environment , and know your way around a wok , wed love to hear from you! What You'll Be Doing: Working in the dedicated wok section on Turbo-style woks . Ensuring all dishes, both classic and creative Chinese dishes , are executed to perfection . Helping keep the kitchen buzzing whether its maintaining food quality , hygiene , or coming up with new menu ideas . Keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes by managing stock levels and quality in your section, ensuring everything's in place. Sharing your expertise with the team and guiding junior chefs as needed. What Were Looking For: At least 5 years' experience working with a wok Ideally you will have worked on Turbo style wok stations with Cantonese style Woks ideally at CDP level or above. A serious passion for Chinese cuisine . For those needing visa sponsorship , you'll need to meet the UK's Skilled Worker visa English requirements B1 level CEFR (IELTS 4.0) we can help guide you through the process. A valid passport . Perks: Great salary between £35,000 - £40,000 . Sponsorship for a UK Skilled Worker visa .
