Job Description: Tourism Coordinator Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Tourism Coordinators. This position offers flexible hours on a commission-based pay structure, with the opportunity to work part-time or full-time. As a Tourism Coordinator, you will facilitate travel bookings, provide information about destinations and travel packages, and assist clients in planning their vacations. Key Responsibilities: Assist clients in booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, tours, and transportation. Provide personalized recommendations based on clients' preferences and budget. Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or online chat regarding travel packages, availability, and pricing. Promote travel packages and special offers to generate sales and meet revenue targets. Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client interactions. Stay informed about travel destinations, tourism trends, and industry regulations. Collaborate with travel partners and suppliers to ensure smooth travel experiences for clients. Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Access to a smartphone or computer with a stable internet connection. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
