Are you a 360 Recruitment Consultant who thrives in the fast-paced world of blue-collar industrial and engineering?Do you have an eye for spotting top talent in the form of welders, fabricators, CNC machinists, and other hands-on talent? Location : North Manchester (Where the weathers unpredictable, but your success isnt) Salary: Competitive (Plus attractive bonus structure)We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant with experience in the blue-collar sector to join our clients North Manchester team. Youll be the Sherlock Holmes of recruitment finding and placing the best talent in the world of manufacturing and engineering, all while building top-notch relationships with clients and candidates alike. What You'll Be Doing: Managing the full recruitment cycle from hunting down those elusive blue-collar candidates to seeing them walk through the clients door on their first day. Building strong client relationships because nothing says success like a client who trusts you with building their workforce. Writing irresistible job ads to attract skilled fabricators, maintenance engineers, and more. Sourcing and headhunting like a recruitment ninja. Keeping up with the latest trends and changes in the industrial and engineering sectors youll be dropping terms like lean manufacturing and compliance like a pro. Closing deals and smashing targets faster than a CNC machine hitting top speed. What Our Clients are Looking For: Proven recruitment experience in the blue collar industrial and engineering sectors (extra points if you know your CNC programmers from your pipefitters without Googling it). A driven mindset because theres nothing more satisfying than closing that deal and making the perfect match. A natural ability to multitask youll be balancing client demands, candidate interviews, and probably a few coffee cups too. A talent for building rapport whether youre chatting with candidates on the shop floor or negotiating terms with clients in the boardroom.
