About the Role As a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer, you will be providing essential technical support to a wide range of clients. You'll handle more complex issues, ensuring smooth operations and quick resolutions. This role offers plenty of variety, from troubleshooting technical problems to configuring and maintaining systems, giving you the chance to apply your skills in different scenarios. Working Hours Monday to Friday9:00 am to 5:00 pm Key Duties Respond to and resolve 2nd line support issues, escalating when necessary.Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software for clients.Manage backups, updates, and patch management.Troubleshoot network and server issues.Provide remote and on-site support as needed.Document all work performed, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.Potential of taking 1st line calls Key Requirements Proven experience in a 2nd Line IT Support role.Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office 365.Experience with networking technologiesExcellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
