Xad is currently working with all major Telecom & IT Clients in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and UK, i.e. Etisalat, du, Nokia, Huawei, Ericsson, Al Catel, Telenor, Dewa, Ministry of Defence, Expo 2020, RTA and other government and Non Government Organizations RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise and manage subcontractors engaged in civil projects, ensuring work iscarried out efficiently and according to project plans. Monitor and enforce compliance with all safety standards and regulations. Provide leadership and guidance to subcontractors to ensure qualityworkmanship and adherence to project timelines. Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to communicateproject progress, issues, and resolutions effectively. Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify and addresspotential hazards or noncompliance issues. Implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain a safe and productivework environment. Document and report any incidents, accidents, or near misses in accordance withcompany policies and procedures. Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on industrystandards, regulations, and best practices. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 5 years of experience in supervising civil projects, preferably inconstruction or infrastructure development. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a relatedfield. Job Types : Full-time, Permanent Pay : £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year Experience: Telecom Industry: 2 years (preferred) Construction: 5 years (preferred) Civil Work: 5 years (required)
