WHAT WE OFFER • Start Date of employment will be: 30th September 2024 • Competitive hourly rate of £13.15 per hour. • 12 hours, working weekends only • 16 - 30 hours, working 4-5 shifts per week, including evenings and 3 out of 4 weekends • We can discuss flexibility to match your life and our business needs during the interview. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE • Prior food and Customer service experience is a plus, but not required if you are hands-on and willing to roll up your sleeves. • Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment, • Be Self-reliant and motivated, ready to work independently and as part of our team. • Ability to remain organised and detail-orientated, even when things get busy. • Due to health and safety regulations all applicants must be over the age of 18. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY KITCHEN • Serving Hot & Cold food for our Customer and Co-worker restaurant • Use equipment to cook and prepare our hot meals. • Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment for both our customers and co-workers. • Support your colleagues, lend a hand, and foster a positive work environment, contributing to a happy team. RESTAURANT • Take customer payments efficiently and accurately in a fast paced environment. • Maintain a clean and organised environment for customers and co-workers. • Customer Focused, by working together to create the best customer experience. Listen, act, and exceed their expectations every day. • Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment for both our customers and co-workers. SWEDISH FOOD MARKET & BISTRO • Serving hot & cold food and taking customer payments efficiently and accurately in a fast paced environment. • Maintain a clean and organised environment for customers and co-workers. • Customer Focused, by working together to create the best customer experience.
