You will be working for one of UK’s leading healthcare providers This dialysis clinic delivers the highest level of care in state-of-the-art clinics with the most technologically advanced equipment To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin As a Nurse your key duties include: Deliver a high standard of individualised care whilst promoting patient-focused careMentor and assist team membersProvide safe haemodialysis treatment in line with patient prescriptionWork collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, and with external organisations and hospital trustsPromote and demonstrate effective communication at all times with patients, users and providers to the serviceAdhere to company procedures, guidelines and policies and assist in implementation and reviewContinuously develop knowledge and skills relevant to delivering a high standard of care to patientsDemonstrate a commitment to evidence-based practice and assist in the evaluation of evidence to improve and develop patient care The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role: Experience in renal nursing is preferredGood communication skillsGood knowledge of current professional nursing issuesAbility to adapt to change within the working situationGood interpersonal skills, friendly and outgoing, flexibleAble to work effectively within a team The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £29,402 - £35,461 per annum DOE. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working on day shifts from Monday-Saturdays.
