As part of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for using hand tools and operating workshop machinery to create unique, hand-assembled products.Responsibilities: Assemble wooden structures using a variety of hand tools and workshop machineryWork from drawings and demonstrate initiative in problem-solvingOperate floor standing machinery including chop saw, spindle, panel saw, and hydraulic pressAdhere to safety and quality standards in all tasksAssisting the Bench Joiners with any tasks they need assistance withQualifications: Previous experience in woodworking or carpentryAbility to interpret technical drawings and work independentlyFamiliarity with a range of hand tools and workshop machineryStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanshipDay-to-Day: Independently assemble wooden structures from drawingsOperate hand tools such as hammers, cordless drills, and orbital sandersUtilize floor standing machinery to cut and shape wooden components such as Spindle, Panel Saw etcCollaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processesBenefits: Competitive salary: £29,500 - £30,420 negotiable for the right candidateOpportunities for skill development and career advancementSupportive team environmentDay, early, and late shift options to accommodate different schedulesIf you are passionate about woodworking and thrive in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
