Providing legal services over a number of different law areas but with a strong focus on family law, they offer a supportive environment where every team member plays a vital role in achieving their mission of providing comprehensive legal solutions with compassion and integrity. As the successful Family Law Solicitor you'll dive into a diverse caseload, with a primary emphasis on divorce and financial matters, including child-related issues. Your responsibilities will span the spectrum of family law, from managing financial remedy claims and divorce proceedings to crafting pre/post nuptial agreements and handling civil partnership matters. You'll be the voice of their clients in court, advocating on their behalf with confidence and expertise. Ideally you will possess a minimum of 4 years PQE with a strong background in financial remedy claims, however applications will be considered from candidates with a lower level of PQE who have potentially got family law experience prior to qualifying.
