This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment and to progress in your legal field.Key Responsibilities: Handle your caseload from start to completion.Creation and Registration of Lasting Powers of AttorneyHave a good knowledge of planning care home fees About you: Strong communication skills verbal and written.At least 2 years of experience in Wills and ProbateGood organising skillsPrevious experience managing Wills and Probate caseload is important.
