Are you a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a passion for ICT and IT Sales? We are seeking a talented Telemarketing Executive to join our fast-paced and exciting team. If you have a proven track record of success in generating leads and building strong customer relationships, then apply away! Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services. Identify and qualify sales opportunities to generate leads. Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information. Generate leads and follow up with the business development team. Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends. Requirements: Proven experience as a Telemarketing Executive or similar sales/customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. High school diploma; a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field is a plus. Strong knowledge about telecom/ICT/IT products and services.
