Our client based in Greater Manchester are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join their commercial team as soon as possible. This is a full time, permanent role based in Bolton with hybrid working available for a Tier 1 Contractor and a salary range of £55,000 - £68,000 per year. The purpose of the role is manage, coordinate, supervise and deliver the construction and commercial activities on an individual project.Responsibilities: Client and public point of contact on siteProduce construction phase plan and monitor throughout the projectConsider tender preliminaries against actual requirements and review monthlyProduce Procurement Schedules & IRS with Site ManagerRequest, collate and distribute all contractual documentation requiredProduce Site Traffic Management PlanProduce SWMPEnsure best practices and quality are being maintainedLiaise with all central support servicesOverall control of site activities and daily work operationsSupervise and manage other members of the site team Requirements: Proven track record of successful delivery of projects.Use of Microsoft suite of Office programmes; inc. Excel, Word, Outlook and Project.The ability to read and accurately interpret programmes, drawings and technical specifications.Understanding and appropriately sharing build programmes.Managing the supply chain, direct employees and consultants.Proactively liaising with customers and the supply chain.Minimum relevant level 4 qualification HNC/NVQ4 etc or equivalent.Appropriate CSCS card.SMSTS certificate.First Aid at Work certificate.Valid driving licence.
