Role Overview: Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives. You'll be instrumental in expanding our market presence, securing contracts, and nurturing client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and secure new business opportunities and partners. Manage sales targets and the sales process from prospecting to contract negotiation. Engage with stakeholders and close deals at operational and board levels. Build a strong network and seek out new business opportunities. Collaborate with the Estimating Team for accurate pricing and site surveys. Key Competencies: Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in Hard Services. Strong skills in estimating, pricing, and technical acumen. Proactive and adaptable with a strong track record in sales. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Proficient in MS Office tools.
