Aftercare Customer Service Advisor Permanent, Full-Time £23,500 Monday – Friday 8am – 4.30pm Trafford ParkWinsearch UK is currently working with a large manufacturing business to appoint a Customer Service Advisor, on a permanent, full-time basis. The purpose of this role will be to support customers in their after-care journey, ensuring customer satisfaction.Customer Service AdvisorYou will be responsible for:Cross department liaison FIMs, Factory, Purchasing to gain resolutions of customer issuesClient liaison to assist with requirements and appointment bookingsSchedule remedial appointments Record updates from external teams onto in-house systemWork alongside factory team to ensure that changes/updates are actionedFollow up on factory shortage reports and action as requiredLiaise with fitters & polishers regarding their availabilityEscalate any issues or risks to the appropriate personTo adhere to the departmental procedures as adviseCustomer Service AdvisorQualifications and RequirementsExperience in a scheduling team/dept would be advantageousExperience of dealing effectively with complaints on the telephone and in writingBe able to work unsupervisedConfident telephone mannerClean and concise written and verbal communication skillsWilling to take on/learn new skillsVery strong attention to detailMust be able to be flexible and respond to changing circumstancesBe able to work in a team environmentExcellent IT skills Customer Service AdvisorWinsearch acts as an employment agency for permanent staff.
