Technical Architect (SC Cleared)
Description:
• Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) input into the definition of procurements, engagement with potential bidders and bid reviews. • Act as a technical SME for solution integration between the Authority and the supplier. • Provide assurance for the supplier's transition approach. • Review and approve the supplier's High-Level Designs (HLDs) through the Authority's governance process. • Assure the supplier's test plan from a technical viewpoint. • Assure the supplier's T-Minus Plan. • Provide technical support for any migration activities. Roles and Responsibilities • Technical SME: Act as the main point of contact between the Authority and the supplier, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution. • Technical Reviewer: Review and provide feedback on HLDs, test plans, and T-Minus plans. • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance during service migration, addressing and resolving any issues that arise. Critical Skillset: • Experience with both on-premise hosting infrastructure and services and cloud-based hosting services • Experience in providing technical expertise in a procurement context: requirements definition, bid review and evaluation, supplier exit and transition • Experience in working in close collaboration with supplier partners; SIAM experience
