They are trusted throughout Crawley and have been established for over 20 years.Their specialisms include Call & contact centre, Hospitality and Health & social care, and have 15 offices throughout the UK What do they want? This fantastic company is looking for a Managing Consultant who has experience with the full lifecycle of recruitment - from creating relationships with new clients and candidates to fulfilling requirements from both sides and everything in the middle. They would love someone who is communicative, well organised and loves forging relationships. Experience in Sales Recruitment is essential.You will of course need to be well-balanced when it comes to arranging interviews, setting priorities and managing your own time. So, what skills do I need? Previous experience of 360 end-to-end recruitment Experience of managing a team. Working to targets You are ambitious and driven by success IT literacy, ideally with MS Office and the ability to pick up new systems quickly Articulate, great at relationship building and able to communicate with a variety of people across all levels A drivers license and own vehicle And what do I get in return? Basic salary up to £40,000 DOE Commission structure up to 40% of all billings Quarterly and Annual bonus top-ups 23 days of holiday per year plus Bank Holidays Trips abroad for high achievers Options for Hybrid Working Clear Progression Structure Free Parking
