Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Lead Technical Consultant to join their dynamic team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead on IT Service Management ITSM and IT Operations Management ITOM projects, focusing on Discovery, Asset Management, and Software Asset Management SAM. If you are passionate about ITSM and ITOM and have a proven track record in these areas, we want to hear from youKey Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and implementation of ITSM and ITOM solutions, with a focus on Discovery, Asset Management, and SAM.Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.Oversee the integration of ITOM modules with other enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity and process efficiency.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in ITSM and ITOM to ensure continuous improvement.Requirements:Proven experience as a Lead Technical Consultant, with a strong focus on ITSM and ITOM, particularly Discovery, Asset Management, and SAM.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience in HR Service Delivery HRSD, ITSM PRO, Application Portfolio Management APM, and Strategic Portfolio Management SPM is desirable but not a must.Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with 2 days per week in the office in London.Why join our clientCompetitive salary ranging from £70,000 to £90,000, depending on experience.Opportunity to work on cutting-edge ITSM and ITOM projects with a forward-thinking team.A collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages professional growth.Flexibility with a hybrid working model.If you’re an ITSM and ITOM expert looking to lead impactful projects and work in a vibrant city like London, we’d love to hear from you
