This is an excellent opportunity to progress in your career and gain experience in the legal industry.ROLE: Planning and Highway ParalegalRate: £16 - £20 an hour UmbrellaLOCATION: Preston / Hybrid WorkingContract Length: 1 Month Ongoing Responsibilities: Analyse and interpret planning documents, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.Able to handle high caseload in Planning and Highway from start to completion.Prepare planning appeal documents and submissions to relevant planning authorities. About you: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Powerful understanding of planning laws, zoning regulations, land use policies, and highway regulations.Effective attention to detail and organisational abilities.
