One of our sites has recently undergone extensive refurbishment, bringing our facilities up to date with the latest clinical environment and equipment. They are incredibly innovative and dynamic with their approach the a patient first focus, with a team that's been in place for several years. They can offer an excellent salary which is dependent on experience and can be full or part time to suit. Job Overview: As a Practice Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing services as part of our multidisciplinary team. Your role will include: Managing chronic diseasesIdealling to specialise in COPD or DiabetesImplementing infection prevention and control measuresObtaining blood samplesElectrocardiograms ECGSMinor and complex wound management including leg ulcersTravel health advice and vaccinationsChild immunisations and adviceFamily planning & women’s health including cervical SMEPromoting health and wellness through various clinics well women and well man clinicsSupporting the management team in reviewing clinical policies and procedures Experience Required:Essential: Experience in a primary care environmentExperience as a practice nurse or community nurseRegistered on the NMC This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team dedicated to providing excellent patient care.
