This role offers the unique chance to relocate to a beautiful island setting, with full relocation support provided.About the Role: As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will play a pivotal role within the multidisciplinary team, working in a rotational capacity across various specialist fields. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and passionate OT operating at a Band 6 level or higher, who is eager to expand their skills and take on a new challenge. You will be responsible for managing a defined caseload, delivering evidence-based, client-centered care, and contributing to the continuous improvement of services.Key Responsibilities: Manage and prioritize a defined caseload, delivering high-quality Occupational Therapy interventions.Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate outcomes to ensure effective, patient-focused care.Work across hospital, community, and home visit settings, adapting to different environments and patient needs.Actively participate in the Preceptorship Programme and other post-graduate learning opportunities.Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for patients.Contribute to the education and mentorship of occupational therapy students. What We’re Looking For: Degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Therapy.HCPC registration and RCOT membership.A broad range of clinical experience across different settings.Proven experience working within a multidisciplinary team.A commitment to ongoing professional development, with a strong CPD portfolio.Ability to manage stressful situations with empathy, supporting patients, families, and colleagues.In-depth knowledge of RCOT practice standards, HCPC code of conduct, and best practices in Occupational Therapy.
