About the Role In this pivotal role, you will be handling a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions, lease negotiations and development projects. You will work closely with a broad spectrum of clients, including SMEs, landlords, tenants, and developers, providing expert legal advice and ensuring the successful completion of transactions. About the Client Our client is a well-established and respected law firm with deep roots in the West Midlands. They are known for their client-centric approach and a commitment to delivering tailored legal solutions. The firm has a strong presence in the local market and offers a supportive, collaborative working environment where professional growth is encouraged. Working Hours Monday to Friday9:00 am to 5:15 pm Key Duties Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including sales, purchases, leases, and developments.Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring clear communication and strong client relationships.Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and other property-related documents.Conduct due diligence, including reviewing title documents, searches, and enquiries.Liaise with other solicitors, agents, and professionals to ensure smooth transaction processes.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of commercial property law and its application. Key Requirements 2+ years experienceComfortable in developing a departmentResidential experience is beneficial
