We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Tower Hamlets to assist with the appointment of a Caretaker , on a 3-month contract , likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay : £16.12 - £20.95 per hour Responsibilities: To work as part of team in delivering measurable increase in customer satisfaction levels To achieve cleaning requirements as set out as in local work programme using appropriate equipment and chemicals in accordance with health and safety guidelines. To Liaise with residents, Estate Wardens, and other services in emergency situations To ensure that all estate incidents are recorded, and such information provided to the Neighbourhood Caretaking Team Leader To ensure all task undertaken are carried out in accordance with Health and Safety guidelines. Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
