Location: Taplow SL6, UK Job Type: Full-Time, Hybrid Job Overview Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Land Administrator to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of land administration tasks, supporting land acquisition processes, and overseeing real estate projects. As a Land Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing administrative functions related to land deals and real estate projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and contributing to the successful delivery of the company’s high-quality homes. Key Responsibilities Land Administration: Manage all aspects of land administration, including maintaining accurate records, tracking land acquisition progress, and ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements. Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the land and real estate teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence. Lease Management: Handle all aspects of lease administration, including drafting, reviewing, and ensuring compliance with lease agreements. Land Acquisition Oversight: Oversee the land acquisition process, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient progression from identification to completion. Real Estate Project Support: Collaborate with the real estate team on various projects, ensuring that all land-related aspects are managed effectively and contribute to the successful delivery of the project. Policy and Regulation Compliance: Stay informed about local planning policies and regulations to ensure all land administration activities are in full compliance with the latest legal requirements. Qualifications Expertise in Land Administration: Strong knowledge and experience in land administration, option agreements, and land acquisition processes. Administrative Skills: Proven experience in providing high-level administrative support, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Real Estate Experience: Previous experience in the real estate sector, with a solid understanding of the industry’s practices and regulations. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, external partners, and clients. Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with planning policies and regulations relevant to land acquisition and real estate development.
