Flexibility required to work weekends, bank holidays and additional hoursSalary: Competitive based on knowledge, skills & experience Role Summary:E Media Group is seeking a dynamic and analytical Strategy Associate to join our growing media company. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic direction by providing critical insights, conducting comprehensive market research, and supporting the development and execution of strategic projects. This role requires a blend of analytical prowess, creativity, and excellent communication skills to drive the company's growth and success in a rapidly evolving landscape.Key Responsibilities: Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities within the UK and international markets.Analyse industry reports, data, and other relevant information to inform strategic decisions.Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings. Strategic Planning: Assist in the development and execution of E Media Group's strategic plan and business ventures.Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and integration of strategic initiatives.Support strategic projects from conception through execution, including setting timelines, managing deliverables, and tracking progress. Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather and analyse data to provide actionable insights for strategic planning.Develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to monitor the success of strategic initiatives.Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. Business Proposals & Presentations: Create compelling business proposals and presentations to support new initiatives, partnerships, and strategic projects.Develop comprehensive business cases that outline objectives, strategies, and expected outcomes.Present proposals and strategic plans to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and engagement. Business Development & Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.Support the sales team with strategic insights and market analysis to enhance their efforts. International Expansion: Support international expansion efforts by conducting market entry analysis and identifying growth opportunities in new regions.Assist in the development of international business strategies and plans.Coordinate with local teams to ensure successful implementation of international initiatives. Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and strategies across various industries to identify potential threats and opportunities.Analyse competitor content, business models, and strategic moves to inform company strategy. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, content, and technology teams to gather insights and support strategic initiatives.Facilitate communication and coordination across departments to ensure successful implementation of strategies. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field.MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus. Experience: 2-4 years of experience in strategy, consulting, market research, or a related role.Proven track record of conducting market research and data analysis to inform strategic decisions. Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualization tools.Knowledge of media industry trends and digital media landscape.Ability to create compelling business proposals and presentations.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Attributes: Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
