Paul Gough Media is an expanding international marketing and software firm, and we're on the lookout for a skilled Appointment Setter and Sales Representative to join our energetic team. The successful candidate will utilize our software to schedule sales calls for prospects interested in our PhysioFunnels software. www.physiofunnels.com Responsibilities: Make calls to both warm and cold leads to set appointments Quickly build interest and opportunities with new prospects Schedule appointments for the sales team Reactivate inactive/dormant customers and advance them towards becoming members of our programs Track and follow up on incoming leads Innovate new strategies for reaching difficult-to-contact leads Provide daily reports on completed tasks and call feedback Participate in weekly sales meetings and trainings Skills and Qualifications: 1-2 years of sales experience (cold calling and outbound email) Goal orientated with a drive to exceed targets Excellent persuasive abilities to secure phone appointments and ensure attendance Proficient in overcoming objections Capable of high-level conversations and quickly summarizing the program over the phone Ability to work swiftly and with attention to detail Highly punctual and efficient in task execution Strong work ethic, initiative, positive attitude & high energy Openness to learn & willingness to try anything Persistence to overcome obstacles and achieve quotas Accountability – able to thrive on being held accountable for results and performance Perks: You will work closely with the CEO and founder who was the driving force behind the company that rapidly went from start up to 5 million, and now is scaling up to be 10 million.
