Job Title: Multi:Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias)Location: Washington : Asda DepotSalary: upto GBP37,000 per annum including oncall and overtimeHours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week Benefits: * Competitive salary with additional on:call pay. * Extensive overtime opportunities. * Supportive team environment. * Continuous training and professional development. * Van every 2 weeks * Free onsite parking Key Responsibilities: * Complete the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule within agreed KPI timescales and ensure accurate completion of all paperwork. * Flexibly support the team as needed. * Respond promptly to service calls from the Helpdesk, assess job requirements, and carry out necessary repairs. * Prioritize maintenance and repair tasks to meet agreed timescales and response times. * Order spare parts following established procedures. * Identify non:repairable faults in equipment and advise on suitable replacements. * Inform management of any repair and maintenance issues that could affect depot operations. * Assist in managing third:party contractors and ensure proper filing of service inspection paperwork. * Conduct surveys and complete required reports. * Perform minor alterations, installations, and relevant testing and inspections with full company certification. * Execute general repairs and maintenance tasks as directed. Requirements: * NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification. * 18th Edition City and Guilds certification. * Proven experience in a similar role with an electrical focus. * Strong problem:solving skills and the ability to work independently. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Willingness to participate in on:call duties and work overtime as needed.
