Our client, a renowned provider of energy management and sustainability consultancy services, is seeking a talented International Project Manager to join their esteemed team. The Role: As an International Project Manager , you will play a pivotal role in managing key client engagements across luxury retail, automotive, biopharma, and large publicly traded companies. Working closely with senior stakeholders within the company and their clients organisations, you will oversee the coordination of activities, ensure the smooth delivery of services, and drive efficiency in project management processes. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, leading project meetings and tracking action items. Build and maintain relationships with colleagues and client stakeholders to facilitate communication and knowledge sharing. Support colleagues in advancing client projects globally, while ensuring alignment with deadlines and expectations. Develop and manage project trackers and reporting templates tailored to meet client needs. Coordinate multiple parties involved in projects across different practice groups and jurisdictions. Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders and conduct regular reviews to learn from project experiences. Monitor project finances, including service fees, project fees, and client payments. Requirements: Proven experience in project management within a professional services firm. Strong stakeholder engagement skills. Preferably, knowledge or experience in energy management or energy markets. Self-motivation, organization, and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate global project teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
