Interviewing immediately Start time 07.00. Finish time 15.45. Monday to Thursday Start time 06.30. Finish time 12.30. Friday. Overtime paid at a premium JOB PURPOSE Promote health & safety in the workplace, Ensure that orders are inputted accurately in the agreed format, work to strict deadlines Deal with after sales issues, complaints and customer queriesComplete goods return notesEnsure that customer queries are responded to in accordance with the companies SLAProactively work to obtain sales ordersUndertake routine administrative tasks like filing, emailing, photocopying, printingProvide product knowledge and be able to answer queries to customers Provide support to other departments when requiredEnsure effective department and cross departmental communication at all times. sales / customer Service advisor CANDIDATE: - Proactive individual with a can do attitude - Ability to work to deadlines and SLAs - Good administrative skills - Good background in Sales - Customer service focused Interested To apply for the sales , here are your two options: - "This is the job for me When can I start" - Call now and lets talk through your experience.
