The Role: We are looking for a self-motivated Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our operations department at Direct Digital in Park Royal, London.You will be responsible for ensuring our fleet of vehicles is maintained and used effectively, while managing a team to process equipment rentals and deliveries. Your responsibilities will include: Ensure all company procedures and legal regulations are followed for drivers and vehicles. Manage the transport desk to allocate deliveries and collections efficiently. Improve productivity, utilisation, and quality of equipment preparation. Reduce costs and improve workforce flexibility. Maintain accurate stock control and scanning procedures. Lead and motivate a team to achieve departmental goals. Build strong relationships to improve performance across the organisation. Assist internal and external customers with equipment rentals. What you’ll bring to the role: Strong communicator with experience leading and motivating a team. Problem-solver with a focus on efficiency and cost reduction. Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills. Proficient in computer systems and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. A team player with a positive and flexible attitude.
